Meet Robin Cross, our summer intern from NYU, (who made straight A’s this past semester). Part of her internship is to immediately begin using her superior brain power to counsel Kevin McGovern and Joshua Laub(BKHS Principal) on how to fix the NYC DOE problems in the city school system. She was brilliant!!! We’re happy to have you on our team, Robin!!!

Uplift Student Comes to the South Bronx

Andrew DeCurtis(Elevate Board Member), Kayleigh Kennedy(Colorado Uplift Student) and Kevin Singleton(Elevate CEO) in front of Banana Kelly HS, in the South Bronx. Kayleigh was in NYC, completing her high school senior project. She asked me to be her mentor for her project and coming to NYC and speaking for BKHS students about Uplift was part of her culminating assignment. She passed with highest honors in my opinion. Let’s see what her teacher in Denver says.
